Only by the fact that 95% of our employees worked for bgh (Bernstein group holdings)
Do you have any old bgh stock…?
We did purchase some old stock from bgh before they closed and have since acquired more from former bgh clients who are no longer trading such as interbuild and trade shop
So do you sell ‘Bernstein’s’ products….?
Yes…. Not only do we scouwwer the auctions for ‘old Bernstein liquidated’ stock, we have also negotiated selling rights for a number of popular ranges exclusive to ‘Bernstein’s’
So will you be selling four seasons kitchens…..?
Yes of course, infact its our biggest commitment…we actually have a saying that ‘Bernstein’s not selling four seasons would be like McDonalds not selling burgers’
I bought a kitchen from B+Q 10yrs ago and was told it’s a ‘bernstein kitchen’ can you get spares for this….?
Depending which range it is and its availability we will try to source it for you…
I have a old Homark oven and need a new door for it, can you get one…?
In most cases yes… we have a dedicated ‘spares’ team who will do all they can to help you…

How do you work out your pricing?
The price per cabinet includes the carcase, door, hinges and legs.
Do you offer finance?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer finance at the moment.
Can you help with the design of my kitchen?
Yes, we can help. we have a design department who are happy to help.
Do you offer a guarantee on your kitchens?
We offer a 25 year guarantee on doors and cabinets.
Do all the doors and drawers have soft-closing hinges and runners?
Yes - we fit every one of our doors and drawers with premium soft closing hinges and runners.
When I order a kitchen, will it arrive flat-packed?
yes this allows it to be transported without fear of damage
How much will I be charged for delivery?
All kitchens over £2000 are delivered free in mainland Britain
How quickly will you be able to deliver my new kitchen?
We will be able to deliver your kitchen within 2 days of you placing your order.
How thick are the kitchen carcases you supply?
All the carcases we supply are made from 18mm thick MFC.
What does MFC stand for?
Melamine Faced Chipboard.
What does MDF stand for?
Medium Density Fibreboard. We mainly use MDF for cabinet doors, cornices and pelmets.
Do you sell integrated and/or free standing appliances?
Yes, we have a wide selection of both. Look in our appliances section to see our full range.
How thick are the worktops which you sell?
The laminated and the solid wood worktops are 40mm thick and the Egger is 50mm thick.
What happens if one of my appliances fail?
We only sell branded appliances which all come with at least a 12 month to 5yr manufacturer guarantee. If for any reason you do experience a problem then just contact the manufacturer directly. Alternatively you can contact us for guidance and help resolving the problem.
How will my kitchen arrive?
Each cabinet comes securely packaged which helps to ensure it will reach you in perfect condition.
I have very restricted access, can the unit be dismantled for ease of movement?
Yes… our cabinets can be dismantled and moved even after 15yrs. This is because all our cabinets are cam and dowelled therefore not susceptible to moisture attack
My water supply service comes from a specific side of the cabinet when it is fitted. Do I need to modify this kitchen cabinet?
Yes, as every kitchen is different we are unable to hold stock for this such case.
Does the sink come with a waste kit?
Yes, with each sink you will receive the waste kit. Please see product information page for exactly what is included with each sink.
