DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS, CHARGES AND TIMESCALE:

We aim to deliver all goods within 30 days of
receiving your order including deposit. We take all reasonable steps to meet these estimated timescales; however,
occasionally, the availability of your goods may be delayed for reasons beyond our control. All delivery dates are
estimated and cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery charges cannot be refunded unless the goods you receive are faulty or you cancel your order prior to
dispatch or ‘booking’ of the transportation service. Delivery charges are applied on an individual basis. If you want
your items delivered please confirm the applicable charges upon ordering.
We cannot accept any liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from delivery. We will, however, make
every effort to keep you informed of any delays. You are responsible for agreeing a mutually convenient delivery date
with us/courier.
We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit so we strongly recommend that you send the
goods by recorded delivery or obtain proof of posting. We also recommend that you ensure that the goods are
insured.

RIGHT TO CANCEL AND RETURNS POLICY:

If you are not happy with the goods chosen, you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt and we will willingly offer you an exchange or, if we chose, a refund. The goods must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging (together with the original receipt). A restocking charge may be deducted from any items that are returned. Bespoke items are non-returnable and exchange will not be offered unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Where the agreement to the supply of goods is a distance contract the customer may be entitled to cancel this agreement within 7 days from receipt of the goods. We do not accept responsibility for transportation costs incurred where the customer is not satisfied with the product they have ordered. When returning any goods (except where the item is faulty) it is your responsibility to arrange, and pay for, the return of the goods to us. You are responsible for the products supplied until checked and signed upon their return.
If you prefer, we are happy to arrange for the goods to be collected from you but please be aware that the cost of this will be applicable and will be deducted from any refund due to you.

Where the customer wishes to cancel this agreement they must give written notice by post or where e-mail has been
used for correspondence by e-mail. The customer is responsible for ensuring the notice of cancellation is received in
good time.

We here at Bernsteins Kitchens Ltd do not hold or store credit card details nor do we share any customer details with a third party

Promotions and Discounts

All our Promotions and discounts are discretionary and only valid on completion of all relevant payments.
We reserve the right to withdraw any discount or promotion where there are outstanding balances or payment schedules (as set out in your initial Terms/Plan) haven’t been adhered to or agreed, This will result in a full invoice being raised to cover any shortfall offered in the promotions/discounts period
